We currently ship orders to the continental United States on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays through UPS 2nd Day Priority. This ensures that our wagyu arrives frozen or partially thawed. Orders placed before 3pm CST will be packed and shipped the same day. If ordering later than Wednesday we will ship the following Monday. This is to ensure the product arrives in the best condition.
Our wagyu is packaged in a thermal controlled box with 5 pounds of dry ice. This meets the US Postal requirements for shipping frozen goods.
When your order arrives, it should be frozen or partially thawed. Don’t worry if it's thawed some, you can refrigerate them for up to 14 days or even refreeze them. This is because we vacuum seal all of our products and the thawing that occurs during shipping is a slow thaw, similar to thawing in a refrigerator.
Reserve a whole Beef Deposit from our farm. Priced at $7.5 per pound based on hanging weight, each whole costs around $7000. Hanging weight ranges from 800-1000 pounds. After processing, we'll invoice the final price minus the deposit. Enjoy locally-sourced beef and support sustainable farming!
